OpenSpace can provide a wide scope of surveys including protected species surveys (bats, birds, great crested newts, reptiles, badgers, white-clawed crayfish, otters, etc.), botanical/habitat surveys (Phase 1 Habitat, Extended Phase 1, National Vegetation Classfication, hedges), macrophytes (aquatic plants of lakes and rivers), and rare plants and bryophytes. We offer ecological assessments to support development planning, planning applications, and ecological mitigation.
